Build a green low-carbon energy system in the county, promote the application of clean energy such as distributed wind power, distributed photovoltaic and intelligent photovoltaic, improve the clean level of production and living energy, promote comprehensive smart energy services, and strengthen the construction of energy infrastructure such as distribution network, energy storage and electric vehicle charging pile.
